2025 Recap- Year of Expansion and Reintegration

2025 was a year of expansion and reintegration.  After spending the past few years in hermit mode, I finally found the courage to give myself permission to “live” again.

It was a year where after so much shedding and inner work, I found that spark within myself to explore interests and opportunities that once scared me to pursue.  Blank slate finally felt exciting and not overwhelming.

It was a year where I was shown that this path isn’t meant to box me in- it was meant for me to break through and expand in ways I might not fully understand yet. And that’s ok.

I got to the point in my journey where I really wanted to balance my spiritual side with my human side. I wanted to experience the full spectrum of what it really means to be “human”. 

I love hanging out with my spirit team, but let’s be real- why the heck am I in this human body if all I get to do is hang out with spirits all day?! 

Turns out, spirit world wasn’t upset I felt this way- they actually loved that for me 😂.

Alas, 2025 was the year where I found that balance and expansion.  It all unfolded with a lot of synchronicities and alignment, amplifying my sense of excitement.

It was also a year where I gained more clarity around the relationships I have with my clients and my “why” on this path, deepening my commitment and love for the work we do together.

I’m no longer pressuring myself to “already be” before showing up but rather to just “be” WHILE I show up. 

It was a year I realized I am enough as I am, and sharing the journey of “becoming” is just as valuable. 

And perhaps given the nature of my relationship with the spirit world, might be even more interesting and comical 😉💚✨.

Thank you for still being here despite my lack of posts and inconsistency over the years.  Navigating this path has been a hard journey, and I really needed to honor the growth that was required of me.
