Refund policy

Refunds 

Compensation for services rendered is a form of energy exchange necessary to maintain a good energetic balance, and should feel positive for both parties involved. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please email anna@illuminatingstories.com within 7 calendar days to discuss your concerns. Your payment for that particular service will be fully refunded if not resolved to your satisfaction.

Cancellations and Reschedule Requests
Please notify Illuminating Stories, LLC at least 24 hours in advance if possible.  

Notification can be made via email at anna@illuminatingstories.com or via text/phone at 1-877-343-2537.

Any pre-paid appointments being cancelled or not fulfilled by Illuminating Stories, LLC for any reason, will be fully refunded.  Reschedule requests will honor the original payment already made and will simply be rescheduled to a new date/time to meet your needs.
