What to Expect in Your Healing Journey

It's important to keep in mind that I am simply serving as a conduit for channeling healing energy and messages that’s meant for you.  It is highly customized to your unique past stories, stories that need to be brought to the light and healed. This process can take time and more than one session to accomplish, as well as some effort on your part after each session to process the shifts you'll be experiencing in your inner and outer realities.  That's where growth and progress can be seen and how our partnership is supporting you on your journey.  As an empath and as someone that's been down this road before, I can definitely relate and will provide you the support that you may need to process the shifts and experiences.  

The energetic shifts you experience through energy healing empowers you to expand your consciousness beyond the literal circumstances.  It helps you see the bigger picture and how it may serve you on your soul's journey.  By shedding the stories that keep you weighed down, you'll empower yourself to understand the deeper meanings of what brought you to this point- how everything and everyone serves a purpose, no matter how negative it may appear on the surface.  It is in this process of discovery where the shift to empowerment will occur- by getting back in alignment and reclaiming your power in the driver's seat.  It's actually quite a profound experience to go through, and I look forward to supporting you in that process.
