My new morning routine ✨. As mentioned in my prior post, I’ve been grounding and implementing recommendations from the spiritual realms to take a more holistic approach to my self-care routine vs. the piecemeal approach that most of us are accustomed to doing.
Like so many of you, things have been pretty rough for me the past few months. It’s been quite a bizarre few months to say the least 😒.
Can anyone else relate?
I’m very grateful that this routine has enabled me to transcend those challenges, reclaim my power, and come back stronger and more connected than ever.
I found that starting with the Spiritual element and working my way down to physical was the most effective in grounding all the energies and setting myself up for taking inspired actions more easily. It’s also been very helpful in being clear and in alignment for my service work for the day.
The best part? It’s not as complicated or overwhelming as it looks.
The right tools and flow that transitions and flows intuitively and naturally makes this such an enjoyable and empowering routine.
I’m at the point where I look forward to it every day, especially as I notice a huge difference in being able to navigate the heavy energies that are out there right now as well as the personal events in my life right now.
If you’re an empath or a lightworker struggling with absorbing too much of the energies out there, definitely try a similar routine.
